What is Matsunaka?!

Matsunaka is a ship from the animanga called "Ganbare!! Nakamura-kun!" between the characters Matsumura Kosei and Nakamura Okuto! 

Why did you make this website?

They are definitely my favorite fixation at the moment and just wanted to share that with all you guys! My favorite thing about them is their small little fights and honestly I see potential! Sorry Hirose 

What do you like about them?

My favorite thing about Matsunaka is the dynamic of course! Not only are they both weirdly obsessed with one boy, I want them to turn that obsession to friendship and even a romantic relationship with each other! Sorry I don't make the rules. REALLY THINK ABOUT IT. They would be perfect for each other, not only do they have a "Freak-for-Freak" dynamic but I enjoy the idea of them bonding over this shared struggle. Rivalry to romance tropes are not uncommon! In fact very classic and they are prominent queer-coded characters which ultimately I feel Nakamura can find comfort in Matsumura because most likely he deals with the same thing. I just love their dynamic and hopefully if there is a season 2....I'd see more of them!
